A H1 light is displayed on the screen: the device is operating but is no longer absorbing any water.

This alert corresponds to the humidity sensor, located at the back of the device (the small square to the right of the rear grille). Indeed, after a few months of use, the sensor collects dust and this becomes loaded with humidity, which distorts the device's measurements. To remedy this, we advise you to take the device out of the room in which it is located so that the dust present on the sensor dries, and to give it a good blast with a hair dryer to remove it.
