THE DIFFERENT CARRIERS
Delivery is made in one of the 11,000 relay points in France, not far from your home, your workplace or your vacation. These are generally local shops: there is surely one near you!
With Colissimo, your parcel is delivered to one of the 17,000 post offices throughout France. With La Poste, take advantage of an important network of proximity by selecting the closest one to your home or workplace!
Benefit from a delivery to the address of your choice with Chronopost. Discover also the "Chrono13" offer: from Monday to Friday, for any order placed before noon, delivery is assured the next day before 1pm.
With the GLS offer, the delivery of your package is done at your home and in person. In case of absence, the deliveryman can proceed to a second delivery, or, with your authorization, entrust the package to a neighbor.
Geodis delivers your package at home and in person. The carrier will contact you 48 hours before to make an appointment and decide on the day and time of delivery. A bespoke service!
Take advantage of home delivery with DHL. In case of absence, reschedule the delivery at a relay point near you.
DELIVERY IN EUROPE
We deliver to many countries outside France. Different options are available depending on the destination country, the weight and the volume of your package. We deliver to the countries listed below. However, this list can evolve: do not hesitate to contact us to know more.
From Monday to Friday, if you order before 11am, your order will be shipped the same day. You should then count 48 to 72 hours for delivery.
You can be delivered quickly at home by choosing the option "Chrono 13". This option offers you the possibility, from Monday to Friday and having placed an order before 12:00, to receive your product the next day, before 13:00.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days, upon receipt of your package. Within this period, you can exercise your right of withdrawal: you pay no penalty and have no reason to provide. To do this, contact us here, selecting “6 - Retract issues” and we will send you the procedure to follow by return mail.
The devices must be returned in their original condition and in their entirety: clean, properly packaged, with all their accessories as well as with the labeling and the instructions for use. Therefore, if the device is returned to us damaged (even if this happens during the return transport) or if parts are missing during the inspection of the device, air&me reserves the right not to follow up on your cancellation request.
Please note that consumables such as filters for air purifiers or humidifiers are not covered by the right of withdrawal for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
Please note that in case of withdrawal, the return costs are at your expense. air&me will reimburse you for the amount paid for the purchase of the device (excluding delivery) within 30 days of your request.
