FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER €30 IN MAINLAND FRANCE (EXCLUDING CORSICA).

We offer several types of delivery service to suit your needs: express delivery to your home, to a relay point, or to shops near your home or workplace.

THE DIFFERENT CARRIERS

Mondial Relay

Delivery is made in one of the 11,000 relay points in France, not far from your home, your workplace or your vacation. These are generally local shops: there is surely one near you!

GLS

With the GLS offer, the delivery of your package is done at your home and in person. In case of absence, the deliveryman can proceed to a second delivery, or, with your authorization, entrust the package to a neighbor.

Colissimo

With Colissimo, your parcel is delivered to one of the 17,000 post offices throughout France. With La Poste, take advantage of an important network of proximity by selecting the closest one to your home or workplace!

Chronopost

Benefit from a delivery to the address of your choice with Chronopost. Discover also the "Chrono13" offer: from Monday to Friday, for any order placed before noon, delivery is assured the next day before 1pm.

DELIVERY IN EUROPE

For deliveries within Europe, we prefer the GLS carrier, renowned for its fast, high-quality deliveries and very competitive rates. The price of delivery is calculated directly in the basket according to the weight of the order.

DELIVERY TIME

Your order will be delivered within 2 to 5 days from the time your order is validated, if your order is placed from Monday to Friday. Deliveries are made in Metropolitan France.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

You can be delivered quickly at home by choosing the option "Chrono 13". This option offers you the possibility, from Monday to Friday and having placed an order before 12:00, to receive your product the next day, before 13:00.

RETURNS

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days, upon receipt of your package. Within this period, you can exercise your right of withdrawal: you pay no penalty and have no reason to provide. To do this, contact us here, selecting “6 - Retract issues” and we will send you the procedure to follow by return mail.

The devices must be returned in their original condition and in their entirety: clean, properly packaged, with all their accessories as well as with the labeling and the instructions for use. Therefore, if the device is returned to us damaged (even if this happens during the return transport) or if parts are missing during the inspection of the device, air&me reserves the right not to follow up on your cancellation request.

Please note that consumables such as filters for air purifiers or humidifiers are not covered by the right of withdrawal for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

Please note that in case of withdrawal, the return costs are at your expense. air&me will reimburse you for the amount paid for the purchase of the device (excluding delivery) within 30 days of your request.

LA RECEPTION - BIEN RÉDIGER LES RÉSERVES

The products we deliver can be very large, and we use a selection of the most reliable carriers.

In any case, it's important to check your order. If you notice a problem, open the box in the presence of the deliveryman, check it in detail and write your reservations on the delivery note as follows:

Precise: Describing delivery anomalies and damage to the goods (not exclusively to the packaging), with the reference number or name of the product concerned.

Complete: only the damage mentioned in the reservations will be considered as existing at the time of delivery.

Finally, take a photo of the Delivery Note with your reservations.
