Make sure you have removed the plastic wrapping around the filter.
Check that the air inlet and outlet are not blocked.
Check that there is no accumulation of dust around the filter or any obstacle that would prevent its operation. If necessary, remove the filter and clean the air purifier with a vacuum cleaner.
To remove the filter(s) and check if they are the source of the noise: First, turn off your air purifier and unplug it. Then remove the filter(s). Plug the device back in and turn it on. If the noise stops, install a new filter. If the noise persists, please contact our customer service.
