Why does the red light stay on even though my tank is full?

You must reset your product: First, remove the water tank and dry the base of the device thoroughly. The following operation must be performed within 1 minute after the device is turned on:

1. Connect the power supply.
2. In standby mode, press the ON-OFF button 3 times and then press the button for 3 seconds.
3. The display shows “PL”, then “PA”, which means the setting is successful. If “EE” is displayed, it means that the adjustment has failed and the operation described above must be repeated.

Caution: Do not disconnect the power supply during the adjustment process: the power must not be cut off until "PA" is displayed.
