ANNA has a bad smell, is this normal?
Yes, the heater may give off a disturbing odor during the first hours after its first use, or after prolonged storage. This odor disappears by itself, there is no need to worry. However, we suggest the following manipulation to reduce the odor:
- Remove the grille and the air filter that are located at the back of the heater;
- Wash the air filter with soap and hot water;
- Rinse the filter well and let it dry completely before replacing it on the air inlet and replacing the grille.
The smell of the soap will mask the unpleasant odor until that it disappears by itself.
