Why do I have trouble smelling perfume?

There are several reasons why the scent may be barely perceptible:

• You didn't put enough essential oil in your diffuser: add a few drops.
• Try different types of perfumes or essential oils. The intensity of the scent depends mainly on the quality of the perfume itself (synthetic, natural, etc.). The best results are obtained with essential oils of high quality and concentration.
• The ambient temperature and relative humidity of the air influence the perception of the odor. The drier the environment, the less the odor is perceptible.
• A significant ventilation of your home (opening windows, heating or air conditioning) makes the perfumes disappear more quickly.
