You need to reset your device. If you have a:

• LENDOU purifier: press the WIFI button for several seconds
• ROGER or ROGER Little purifier: press the WIFI button for several seconds
• ISAC heater: press the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds
• ROHAN dehumidifier: press the "humidity level adjustment" button for 5 seconds (shown as "G" in the user manual).
