The specific technology of the air washer The device sucks in the polluted air with a fan. The air then passes through a set of discs that rotate in the water, in which it is cleaned of all impurities. The pollutants then fall to the bottom of the tank. To clean the discs, simply put them in the dishwasher. No need for a filter! The air washer is both an economical and ecological solution. Aquarius is both an air purifier and an air humidifier, since it can raise the humidity level in your room.

- le réservoir de votre appareil n'est pas fermé correctement : le bouchon est mal vissé
- le joint du bouchon du réservoir est tombé au moment du remplissage et il n'y a plus d'étanchéité
- le réservoir est fissuré ou cassé. Pour tester cela, vous pouvez remplir votre réservoir et le poser sur un plateau. S'il y a de l'eau dans le plateau au bout de quelques minutes, c'est que le réservoir n'est plus étanche. Cette pièce n'étant pas sous garantie, pour remplacer le réservoir, rendez-vous sur la page Pièces détachées.
Si votre humidificateur fuit, c'est peut-être parce que :
Attention, n'essayez pas de remplir votre humidificateur par le dessus, sauf si c'est un humidificateur "top-fill" et que cela est spécifié dans la notice. Notez bien qu'il est normal qu'il y ait un peu d'eau dans la base du réservoir, au niveau de la plaque ultrasonique.
Il empêche la prolifération des germes et des bactéries dans le réservoir afin que l'appareil diffuse l'air le plus sain possible.
Le tiroir contenant les disques n'est pas positionné correctement. Tirez-le et enfoncez-le à nouveau.
