INFALLIBLE SAFETY
ARIDA S9 is designed with an anti-tilt device. If the unit falls or tips over, it stops automatically. Similarly, when the tank is full or incorrectly positioned, ARIDA S9 stops dehumidifying. So don't worry about getting your floor wet - you can rely on it.
AN ENERGY-EFFICIENT DEVICE
Arida S9 is an energy-efficient dehumidifier. Thanks to its desiccant technology, you consume less. Its silica wheel, a naturally porous material, safely captures humidity from the ambient air.
INTEGRATED TIMER
You can decide when to start your device, ideal for running it during off-peak hours, for example, and reducing your electricity bills. ARIDA S9 can also work over a range from 1H to 24H. The device stops as soon as the time has elapsed.
INTEGRATED HYGROSTAT
Set the desired humidity level (between 40% and 70%) and let the unit dehumidify independently. ARIDA S9 shuts down as soon as the target rate is reached and goes into standby before restarting when needed. So there's no over-consumption.
3 WATER DRAINAGE MODES
Continuous drainage
ARIDA S9 comes with a continuous drainage hose. Drain water by gravity and keep your interior dry.
Water tank
Its tank holds up to 5L of water. When the tank is full, the unit stops working. Ideal for preventing leaks.

- Make sure the unit is not placed against a wall or that a piece of furniture is not blocking the air inlet of the dehumidifier. If so, move it.
- The desired humidity level is not set low enough: switch to "Continuous" mode instead of "Auto".
- The room temperature is below 15°C: this is the limit at which most compressor dehumidifiers are ineffective.
Below about fifteen degrees, a compressor or Peltier dehumidifier loses much of its efficiency. The reason is simple: to create condensation, the compressor's role is to cool the condenser. If the air is too cold, the drops formed on the condenser will freeze. On older products, you can see blocks of ice forming. Today, there are "Defrost" modes that disconnect the compressor, but the device no longer dehumidifies. It is therefore advisable to opt for a desiccant or low-temperature dehumidifier that works with a large silica wheel. Its efficiency will be almost constant at 0°C or à 20°C.
