The composition PEACEFUL SLEEP, based on essential oils of orange, lavender and thyme is beneficial to generate calm and well-being. Its active ingredients have a calming and relaxing effect to create a bubble of serenity at bedtime. Moreover, the touch of geranium brings a pleasant floral perfume which softens the whole.
Different methods of use: In an essential
- oil diffuser: Pour 4 to 8 drops of pure composition into the receptacle of your diffuser and add water to the mark. You can diffuse your favorite essential oils for 10 to 20 minutes/hour so as not to saturate the air with aromatic substances and allergens. Some diffusers are equipped with a function that allows you to alternate diffusion time and pause time.
- In a humidifier: Put a few drops of the synergy on the absorbent cotton provided for this purpose. Then use your humidifier normally: in addition to humidifying the air, it will diffuse a soft perfume.
- On a pebble: Pour 1 to 5 drops of the composition and leave in the air.

An essential oil must be stored away from light, heat and humidity, as well as in an opaque and airtight bottle. It is therefore necessary to avoid storing them in the bathroom, near a radiator, on a window ledge: anywhere where there are temperature variations.
The shelf life can vary from 6 months to 15 years, it depends on its ingredients. Generally, a DLUO - best before date - is indicated on the bottle.
Yes, however it could lose some of its properties (less odor, thickening, etc.) beyond its best before date (BBD). As far as possible, we recommend that you respect this date because using an expired oil can be harmful to your health.
Essential oils can be allergenic sources for babies and children under 6 years old. It is particularly not recommended to use synergies (oil blends). Indeed, the undesirable effects of pure oils are better known than those of synergies. If you want to diffuse them, therefore prefer pure oils.
