Yes, a cartridge with cotton is provided for this purpose in the filling hatch of your humidifier. Generously soak the cotton and the oil will be diffused thanks to the air flow.

Frequent use of a humidifier requires regular and careful maintenance, at least once a week if you use it very often.

To clean it, use white vinegar: in addition to being economical, it is the ideal product for eliminating limescale. There are also specific maintenance products, such as the Stadler Form cleaner and descaler Cleaner&Descaler which effectively preserves materials.

We recommend filling the tank with vinegar and water, then leaving it to act for 30 minutes before rinsing it. Just be sure to unplug it first and not wet the electronic components so as not to damage them and put yourself in danger.

It takes at least 2 weeks to see an improvement. The humidity is first absorbed by the floors, furniture and walls. In addition, the height of the room is also a factor to take into account. The intensity of the fragrance depends on several factors:

• The type of fragrance: essential oils of natural origin are often less intense than synthetic ones and some components are more dominant than others.
• The size of the room (the smaller the room, the more noticeable the scent).
• The room temperature and relative humidity (the more humid the air, the more noticeable the scent).

If you have recently changed the filters, you can rinse them, turn them over and continue using them. If you have been using the filters for more than 2 months, replace them with new ones. Please note that the color of the filters has no influence on the normal operation of the humidifier.

It is possible to replace the used diffusion cotton with a piece of makeup remover cotton that you have previously cut out yourself.
