Occupational Exposure Limits (OEL)

Occupational Exposure Limits (OEL) refer to the concentration levels of chemical pollutants that should not be exceeded in the air of workplaces. These limits are established by ANSES (National Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health Safety) to safeguard the health of workers.

OELs correspond to the average exposure of workers to one or more substances during a workday. These values can be categorized as "mandatory" limits, regulated by strict laws, or "indicative", serving as preventive measures.

In office environments, indoor air is often polluted by human emissions (CO2) and other pollutants produced by furniture, printers, cleaning products, etc. There are solutions available to improve air quality and protect employee health in the workplace.
