Absorption Dehumidification

Absorption dehumidification is a process where a material, such as silica gel, is used to absorb moisture from the air. This method is particularly effective in environments with low to moderate humidity. Silica gel absorbs moisture from the air, helping to maintain a dry environment, improve indoor air quality, and enhance the comfort of your living space. Absorption dehumidification is especially beneficial in preventing mold growth and protecting sensitive items.

However, absorption dehumidification can be less effective in highly humid environments, as silica gel may saturate quickly and require frequent replacement or regeneration. Additionally, this method is not suitable for areas with very high humidity levels or large volumes of air. Absorption dehumidifiers also have limited capacity and are not designed for long-term, intensive use.
