A fan does not have the same function as an air conditioner. It does not lower the temperature of your room. The feeling of freshness provided by the fan comes from the air blowing on the micro-droplets of water due to perspiration, which we have on the skin. Yes, our table fans consume very little energy. There will of course be an impact on the autonomy of your laptop, but it remains acceptable.
If your product works with a remote control or touch buttons, this is probably not possible. On the other hand, for fans with mechanical buttons or dimmers, it is normally possible.
