With its EPA 11 particle filter + activated carbon, BULDAIR is THE ideal air purifier for studios or small apartments. You can also use this silent mini purifier in a bedroom or office to avoid all the inconveniences associated with air pollution and allergens.
3-STEP AIR PURIFICATION
- Step 1: Polluted air is drawn in through 24 openings on the underside of the unit.
- Step 2: The air is filtered of animal hair, dust, pollen and VOCs. These are stopped by the EPA11 filter. Activated carbon destroys unpleasant odors.
- Step 3: The purified air is released back into the room through the openings above the unit. At the same time, BULDAIR generates negative ions, designed to improve your well-being and weigh down pollutant particles so that they precipitate to the ground.

PROVEN EFFECTIVENESS
To test the effectiveness of the BULDAIR purifier, we carried out tests with a particle counter. We installed this air purifier in a closed room and took 60 8-second samples every minute. We found that BULDAIR stops particles of 0.3μm or greater.
THE LITTLE EXTRA
To enjoy aromatherapy, simply place a cotton pad in the designated opening and add a few drops of essential oil. For example, diffuse ravintsara or eucalyptus essential oils to boost your respiratory defenses during winter.

- For a combined filter with HEPA + activated carbon filtration: as soon as the filter is removed from its plastic packaging, the activated carbon will start to capture VOCs and other odors even if the air purifier is not turned on.
- The use of the air purifier plays a major role in the filter's life span. An air purifier that operates at maximum speed in a very polluted environment will have a shorter lifespan than one used at reduced speed in a cleaner environment.
If your air purifier filter contains activated carbon, then it is of plant origin. It will produce a slight odor that will fade over time. This odor is not necessarily unpleasant and is completely normal.
Logically yes, but we design products that are intended to be economical in terms of energy consumption and the cost of replacement filters. Our goal is for your air purifier to be part of your daily life without being a source of concern. So you can leave it on while you air out the room, this has no significant impact on filter clogging.

Manufacturers indicate a filter life span because it is necessary information during the selection process. However, 2 pieces of information should be taken into account:

Prefer air purifiers with combined HEPA + activated carbon filters because activated carbon is effective in filtering bad odors. Examples: LENDOU, ROGER.
The problem does not necessarily come from the device itself, but simply from the dust that has accumulated on the sensor(s).
We recommend that you vacuum the sensor(s) from the outside of the machine. To do this, unplug the air purifier and, from the outside, vacuum at the sensors. You can also use a can of compressed air, as for cleaning computers. The sensors are typically located on the side or bottom of the air purifier and are shaped like a snowflake.
When you are done vacuuming the sensor ports, the PM values should return to normal. In order for the sensor to adjust to this new environment, we recommend waiting approximately 7 days before getting optimized readings. If the PM values do not decrease after vacuuming the sensor, our customer service can perform a sensor calibration to resolve the issue.
You need to put a certain amount of oil on the diffusion cotton: it must be completely soaked. Be careful, do not dilute these oils in water.
Yes, its consumption is very low and allows its connection to any USB socket.
Try plugging your Buldair into another USB port (e.g. the one on your phone's charger). If the problem persists, the product is malfunctioning, contact our after-sales service.
If the light is blue and there is no more airflow, your fan is broken. You must contact our after-sales service.
This is not possible on BULDAIR. As a reminder, this is a carbon brush ionization that does not emit ozone.
An air washer is a 3-in-1 device that can humidify, purify the air and diffuse essential oils. An air purifier only has one main function, that of purifying the air, that is, of ridding it of pollutants.
