Different ways to diffuse an essential oil:
- With an essential oil diffuser: Pour 4 to 8 drops of pure composition into the receptacle of your diffuser and add water to the mark. You can diffuse your favorite essential oils for 10 to 20 minutes/hour so as not to saturate the air with aromatic substances and allergens. Some diffusers are equipped with a function that allows you to alternate diffusion time and pause time.
- With a humidifier: Put a few drops of the synergy on the absorbent cotton provided for this purpose. Then use your humidifier normally: in addition to humidifying the air, it will diffuse a soft perfume.
- Thanks to a pebble: Pour 1 to 5 drops of the composition and leave in the air.
